Blake Farris

For eight years, I navigated the complex world of remote work and didn’t just survive—I thrived. I started my career as a Business Analyst and worked my way up to leading an entire department, achieving every promotion while based 100% outside of the traditional office. I built The Forge Coaching to help ambitious WFH professionals do the same.

What makes my approach unique is that I refuse to accept the trade-off between career success and personal life. My journey proves it’s possible to accelerate your income and leadership role without sacrificing your health or relationships. I’m living proof: through this entire growth period, I’ve maintained a disciplined focus on my well-being—from daily workouts and a consistent yoga practice to dedicated quality time with my wife and dog.

I formalized this hard-won experience by earning my Executive Coaching Certification in 2023 from the Canada Coach Academy. For the last three years, I’ve been practicing the strategies that ensure my clients gain strategic visibility, implement unbreakable boundaries, and quantify their remote impact so that their performance, not their physical presence, drives their promotion.

I am here to show you how to build a high-performance, high-income career right from your home office.
